Objective. To analyze the results of use minimally invasive technologies in treatment patients with degenerative deformity lumbar spine. Material and Methods. Design: Single-center, non-randomized continuous retrospective cohort study. The level evidence is 3b (UK Oxford, version 2009). A total 57 (10 men 47 women) were operated for scoliosis spine using techniques. quality life indicators ODI, SF-36, VAS, as well linear angulometric parameters studied. Results. age ranged from 37 to 81 years (62/62 [55; 67], hereinafter data format mean/median [1; 3rd quartile]). In postoperative period, on MIS techniques showed a statistically significant decrease pain by 4.3/4.0 [3; 6] points spine, legs. Quality according ODI improved 24/23 [19; 29], functional adaptation SF-36 questionnaire – 18/18 [14; 21] terms physical 18/20 [16; 23] mental parameters. angle frontal plane Cobb decreased 12.9°/13.0° [10°; 17°], lordosis changed 3.3°/2.0° [-1°; 7°], segmental L4–S1 1.0°/0.0° [-5°; SVA -7.5/-2.0 [-29; 15] mm. As result surgical intervention, good clinical was obtained correcting scoliotic 17.5°/16.0° [11°; 22°] 4.6°/4.0° [1°; 7°]. Conclusion. study effectiveness short-segment fixation, which allowed obtaining satisfactory 93 % cases minimum number complications (7 %).
